# 11 HEALTH PLANNING SYSTEMS AGENCIES – PLANNING FOR OSHA

SPRING 1976

After running several consecutive Quarterlies on workplace safety and health as embodied in OSHA and NIOSH, CCAHS again expanded its scope to include information about and for federal and local planning agencies for health services. This transition would culminate in books, conferences and a continuum of articles within CCAHS and around the country. This Quarterly was the start as it also played as the LSHI’s Guide #4!

HSA had set ten priorities placing the one related to “..environmental..” (i.e. workplace) factors as found in the # 8 CANCER AND JOBS, (SUMMER 1975) issue of the quarterly. CCAHS sought to ensure that the points made in # 8 advanced to the top of the priority list.
