This issue compared consumer experience under the existing delivery system and expected experience under a National Health Service. CCAHS started to address accepting advertisements by declaring its independence from the prescription drug industry, and the last article addresses accountability under the present system and the inability of consumers to control delivery, quality and expense in their communities and lives and the possibilities under a National Health Service.
