THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CONSUMER HEALTH NETWORK

This double issue about the creation of a national health consumer network was based on the premise that a National Health Service could only function with an educated, prepared and organized consumer network. The documents repeat federal laws to ensure maximum participation of consumers, list recommendations to meet those goals and necessary components of that network.
